GUANGZHOU KINFEN ENGINE VALVE FACTROY£¬whose predecessor is Guangzhou engine valve factory. founded in China Guangzhou in 1956, is set up in GUANGZHOU city, Guangdong province in 2002, which is also China auto industry marketing services company ,Guangdong machinery department combustion engine components, specializing in engine valve manufacture in CHINA.
Our main products ranging from all kinds of engine valves, to valve cotters and valve spring retainers used for automobiles, motorcycles and general engines, with an annual output more than 10 million valves,
In respect of manufacture technology, we chiefly employ Japanese techniquestandards originated from FUJI. We introduce advanced PLC computer-controlled production line, TOP, TIP, STL valve end or seat welding equipments, Tufftriding equipment, and so on to meet the requirements of high precision, wear resistance and long life OEM Engine valves and valve cotters and valve spring retainers.
As for enterprise management and quality assurance system, we carried out ISO9001-2000 quality registration system, and we also implement management methods of Japanese quality assurance. To ensure the quality, we use all kinds of imported measures including Micro hardness tester, Projector, Profile Apparatus, Ultrasonic Instrument, Three-dimension measure instrument etc..The compositions of these materials are superb stable. |
